Motivational Year | 2013

Hello Bloggerettos!
So It is time to take a look into the Future and decide that it is now time to be positive and reach our goals! The most effective way to do this is through quotes, sayings and lifey thingy-ma-bobs. Here are the ones I will be focusing on for the duration of the last six months of 2013......

How Cute is the little girl???
So the first one I have here makes me smile every time I read it. It is so sweet and fun and fits in with the fact I am a blogger - maybe why I picked it? Either way it is something I hope to achieve until the completion of this year and that is all about living in the moment and enjoying the 'little things' in every day. I feel that lots of us out there struggle finding a good thing about our day when something goes a little south - so to speak. Develop the negatives and TAKE ANOTHER SHOT!

Who doesn't love a bit o' Monroe?
I love this quote and from this moment onwards I am going to strive to stick by it. Sometimes when around others who you might feel are prettier, funnier, smarter or cooler than ourselves we change and often dampen our true selves - become 'boring' But why??? I, You, WE are perfect in our own imperfect ways. Show it off. Be yourself and don't let anyone change that.

Please....

I'm not going to say I love it again because you must be sick of reading it. For the end of this year I have decided that this will be my holy grail saying because I feel it can change - quite drastically - your opinion of things. I just am in love... I said it I know but I love it, love it, love it!!

So What will your quotes be for the end of 2013? Let me know in the comments! I love y'all to the moon and back!!!

Goodbye! X

Hair it up #1 | Pull Back Beach Babe

Hello Bloggerettos!
So today is the first episode of the series Hair It Up! I am totally hyped to show you this quick & effortless hairstyle that will let you be that perfect beachy mermaid babe! (probably without the tail though.)

This hairstyle is so easy and great for hot beachy days!
What you'll need
1 x Hair bobble
1 x Funky hair clip
1 x Can of Hairspray

Step 1:
After a shower/bath/when your hair is still damp (towel dry firat) grab all your hair into your hands and pull it tightly onto the top of your head to form a messy bun. Sleep with this in.

N.B the messier the bun the more fun and big the curls will be.

Step 2:
When you wake up the next morning, remove bun - this will leave you with the curls.

Step 3:
To ensure curls stay in all day use a generous amount of hairspray. I just used a cheap Asda one as I feel it does the job just as well as other brands.

Step 4:
Pull back your fringe or as much of the front of your hair as suits. When you have the amount you are happy with clip it in with a fancy clip (this makes it look pretty) you could use a bow, sparkles, ribbon or whatever else you would like. I opted for this cute wooden fish clip.

And thats it! This hairstyle can be perfect for a day at the beach, a girly shopping spree, movie night or even a night out. It is quick, cute and fun - perfect for Summer!

I hope you enjoyed this Hair It Up tutorial! See you soon!

Steal My Outfit |#3

Hello Bloggerettos!
So yesterday it was 'trip-to-the-beach-day'.. which is my basic everyday in Summer! And obviously in Summer you want to look nice so why not steal someone elses Summer staples? (ideas of course, no actual thievery!)

Anyway.... Here it is! Steal My Outfit #3
P.S Thanks to my fab mum for the photography, it actually came out quite nice for someone who is supposed to be 'rubbish with a camera'
